About Courtesy Auto Park - Omaha Used Auto Dealer

Courtesy Auto Sales, Inc. dba Courtesy Autopark started business in July, 1989 at 6028 L Street in Omaha, and we continue to serve the transportation needs of area Consumers at that location today. We are long term members of the National Independent Automobile Dealers Association and its Nebraska chapter, and of the Better Business Bureau of Omaha. Courtesy Autopark is licensed by the Nebraska Motor Vehicle Industry Licensing Board.

We specialize in the sale and financing of quality domestic cars, trucks, vans, and SUVs for employed and self-employed persons with damaged credit. Courtesy Autopark has a full service and repair facility and our Shop Foreman has been with the company since the beginning.

Vehicles are inspected, reconditioned and serviced before we certify them for sale to the public, then most are protected by a 12 month, 12,000 mile limited warranty furnished at no additional cost to our retail finance Customers. In 2007, we invested an average $936 to prepare each vehicle for retail sale.. Internal repair orders and Carfax Vehicle History reports are available for review by prospective retail Customers.

Our related finance company, CMAC, Inc., licensed by the Nebraska Department of Banking and Finance, utilizes proprietary vehicle financing and customer service systems that have enabled our Finance Customers to repay over 94% OF ALL LOAN PAYMENTS DUE DURING THE PAST TEN YEARS! These Systems are designated as the CMAC FRESH START CREDIT PROGRAM.

This bold statement means that our Customers are actually able to re-establish a record of auto finance credit by doing business here, despite the fact that the vast majority had prior repossessions by other lending institutions, as well as derogatory credit history in general. CMAC, Inc. reports all active loans to the credit bureaus monthly, and more than 97% OF OUR ACTIVE CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS WERE CURRENT AT CLOSE OF BUSINESS IN 2007.
How do we do this when competing financial institutions are reporting dramatically higher repossession losses and delinquent accounts ? Why do CMAC customers pay for the vehicles that we finance for them

It has to do with the type vehicles we purchase and the way we purchase them; it has to do with the way we service and recondition our vehicles in our shop; it has to do with the way we structure our Customers’ financing plans; it has to do with the service and relationship between our Customers and our CMAC staff.

When you are next in the market to upgrade your transportation, we invite you to visit one of our stores and see for yourself what we have learned during the past 19 years about how a business can deliver value to its customers predictably and consistently.
