Customers of Courtesy Autopark are referred to CMAC, Inc. for direct auto loan financing. CMAC is a sister corporation to Courtesy Autopark, and is located next door to the dealership at 6026 L Street. CMAC is licensed and supervised by the Nebraska Department of Banking & Insurance. CMAC started business in January, 1990. All Customer Accounts are reported to Credit Bureaus on a monthly basis.

Our CMAC Manager has been with our organization for the past ten years. Our Associate Manager has been with our company for the past four years. These employees have a wide experience and have been thoroughly trained and tested. They have continually demonstrated the ability to provide our Customers with quality, no-hassle service.

CMAC has developed a unique, proprietary financing system which has assisted more than ten thousand individuals to vehicle ownership through installment loan financing. This system carries the name CMAC FRESH START CREDIT PROGRAM, and has proved to be extremely successful, especially during the past 10 years. CMAC deals directly with individual Customers in structuring their loan terms, and we are very flexible in that regard. Most of our successful Applicants for auto financing have prior repossessions, bankruptcies, or other credit blemishes. We attribute a lot of our Customers’ past problems to inexperience in managing finances and poorly structured transactions. CMAC knows how to successfully deal with these issues, and to the benefit of our Customers.

We are proud of the fact that, while most sub-prime finance companies and buy here – pay here dealers are experiencing sharply higher delinquency and repossessions, CMAC has a record of low account delinquency ( 97% of our Customers were current at close of business in 2005). Our Customers have been highly successful in paying off their loans, especially during the past ten years; during that period more than 92% of the scheduled auto payments have been paid by our Customers. We are extremely proud of this record.
