We have been offering full service and repair facilities at our L Street location since Courtesy Autopark started business in July, 1989. Our Service Department deserves a lot of the credit for the reputation we have earned for dealing in quality certified vehicles with service after the sale. Our Shop Foreman has been part of the management team at Courtesy Autopark since the beginning. We know how to inspect, prepare and certify vehicles for retail sale. We also know how to properly perform post-sale service and repairs for customers of Courtesy Autopark. Our shop is also open to the general public.

You will find the CERTIFIED sticker on the windshield of every vehicle sold at retail by Courtesy Autopark. Interested Customers can review our internal repair orders and service records on any vehicle prior to purchase. A Carfax report is also available on each vehicle.

We would suggest to prospective vehicle Buyers that they insist on seeing repair and service records before purchasing a used vehicle from Courtesy Autopark, any competing new or used vehicle dealer, or an individual. If no evidence of recent inspection, service and reconditioning is available, Buyers should reject the vehicle or have a mechanical and frame inspection performed before completing the purchase transaction.

Failure to change oil and filter at 3,000 mile intervals is the most frequent cause of engine failure. Failure to service the transmission at 30,000 mile intervals is the most frequent cause of automatic transmission failure. Your certified Courtesy Autopark vehicle has new oil and filter, and the transmission has been serviced. Continue this service at the recommended intervals so you can expect long engine and transmission life.

Every certified vehicle sold by Courtesy Autopark comes with a Limited Warranty at no additional cost. The warranty term varies, but is generally for a period of 12 Months / 12,000 Miles, whichever comes first. This is a 50/50 Power Train Warranty, with any warranty work done by our shop. Ask to see a copy of the Warranty Contract.
